Q - WE'VE NEVER DONE A REMODEL BEFORE. WHERE DO WE START?
A - Start by getting in contact with us! We love guiding our clients through every step of the remodeling process. First, we’ll meet with you to discuss your design preferences — what you like, what you don’t — and talk through your budget. This helps us create a design you’ll love that fits comfortably within your financial plan.
Q - DO WE NEED TO BE HOME OR AVAILABLE WHILE YOU'RE WORKING?
A - No, that’s not necessary. Trust and honesty are the foundation of our work. Most clients continue with their daily routines while we work. We carefully plan each project to ensure we can efficiently come and go without disrupting your life. Plus, we spend plenty of time upfront to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with the entire process.
Q - DO WE NEED TO PURCHASE OUR OWN MATERIALS?
A - No, we handle that for you. During the design phase, we’ll help you select quality materials and products that fit your budget. We also make sure everything is ordered and delivered to the site before work begins to avoid any delays.
Q - HOW LONG WILL THE PROJECT TAKE?
A - We provide a project timeline at the start and do our best to stick to it. However, construction can sometimes uncover unexpected issues like hidden damage or past repairs. We aim to identify these challenges before starting whenever possible. Communication is key — we keep you updated daily throughout the project.
Q - CAN YOU GIVE US A BALLPARK ESTIMATE OF THE PROJECT COSTS?
A - For smaller installation projects, yes — we can provide a rough estimate. For full remodels, it’s more complex. We can’t accurately estimate costs until design decisions are finalized. We encourage decision makers to establish a budget early so we can focus spending where it matters most. Once your project begins, we become your partners, helping you make smart choices to get the best results within your budget.
